Burning top quality charcoal, searing temperatures of up to 500 degrees and the capacity to enclose the heat ensure mouth-watering meats, full of flavour. Food Provenance at Morelands Grill

All the beef is sourced from a small group of farmers in the South Leinster area, whose excellent husbandry skills ensure their livestock is reared on only the best of natural grass and grains, less all the artificial growth promoters and additives. The unique 30-day Himalayan salt aged beef by Peter Hannan sees the beef dry aged for 30 days in a cold chamber that is lined with blocks of Himalayan Rock Salts and it has won numerous awards.

Morelands Signature Sundae includes premium ice cream which is produced by the Taylor Family on the Glastry Farm in Co Down.


The wine list features 50 well considered wines and champagnes and represents the contemporary trend towards well selected quality wines with a choice of several grape varieties and styles. A selection of intriguing wines by the glass is also available. The Morelands Grill Signature Aperitif is a Gin & Tonic. With a choice of 3 handpicked gins, diners can select their preferred Thomas Henry tonic and favourite garnish.
