Need a good steak in Dublin? Here comes Josper!
A key element in Morelands Grill is how the food is cooked and the Josper Grill really does make a difference. Burning top quality charcoal, searing temperatures of up to 500 degrees and the capacity to enclose the heat ensure mouth-watering meats, full of flavour. The difference must be tasted to be appreciated.
Food Provenance at Morelands Grill
All our beef is sourced from expert Irish butchers, who pride themselves on delivering only the finest quality Irish produce. Rick Higgins, the supplier of our Grass Fed Angus Rib Eye Steak Rick Higgins and 28 Day Dry Aged Grass Fed Porterhouse Steak, is a fourth-generation Master Butcher based at Sutton Cross, Dublin. A dry-age specialist, he now mixes age-old traditions with modern techniques, specially selecting and sourcing the meat from small farms across Ireland, and dry aging all their produce on the bone.
We’re proud to work with Dublin’s long standing Bretzel Bakery and their legendary ‘real’ bread from traditional baking practices.
Morelands Signature Sundae includes premium ice cream which is produced by the Taylor Family on the Glastry Farm in Co Down.
