All meat is locally sourced from Rick Higgins, a fourth generation Master Butcher, based just a short drive away in Sutton Cross, County Dublin. Steaks are cooked on a Josper Grill at over 500 degrees Celsius, allowing the intense heat to create the perfect seal, locking in the natural juice and flavour. Focused on crafting thoroughly modern Irish cuisine, Morelands Lounge and Grill offers the perfect ambience to eat, drink and relax.
To respect social distancing measures Morelands Grill has been modified to ensure social distancing guidelines are adhered too and we have implemented changes to our food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations. We encourage paying with credit or debit cards. All tables and seating areas will be sanitised after each use. Our associates will wear personal protective equipment and training has been provided on how to wear and remove PPE safely. In line with the most recent guidelines, Morelands Grill will close to non residents at 8pm daily from Sunday 19th December 2021 and will remain open to hotel residents but closing times may vary depending on business levels. A maximum of 6 adults or 15 adults and children is permitted per table and no multiple tables are permitted.
